What data we collect
Newsletter / early access signup: email address submitted through our signup form.
Orders placed through our online store: name, delivery address, email address, and — where relevant to the chosen delivery method — phone number. If you pay by card, your payment details are entered directly into Montonio Finance OÜ’s secure payment environment; we do not see or store your card details.
We do not collect any other personal information beyond what is needed for the above purposes.
Why we collect it
Newsletter emails are collected solely to notify you when Naeam Gear products become available for purchase or when we have relevant updates to share. We will not send spam or share this data with third parties beyond what is described below.
Order data is collected to process and fulfil your order: confirm the purchase, arrange delivery, handle any claims or returns, and meet our accounting obligations.
Legal basis (GDPR)
By submitting your email address for the newsletter, you give explicit consent to receive messages from NAEAM GEAR OÜ.
When you place an order, we process your data on the basis of performance of a contract (fulfilling your purchase) and, where applicable, our legal obligation to keep accounting records.
Who we share data with
We are the data controller for information collected through naeamgear.com.
Montonio Finance OÜ processes your payment as our authorised data processor. Payment happens outside our website, in Montonio Finance OÜ’s secure environment (for card payments) or your bank’s secure environment (for bank-link payments). We do not have access to your bank or card details. Montonio Finance OÜ’s own privacy terms are available at montonio.com.
Delivery partners (Omniva, DPD) receive the name, delivery address, and, where relevant, phone number needed to deliver your order.
We do not sell or share your data with any other third party.
Data storage
Newsletter email addresses are stored securely and are not transferred outside the EU.
Order data (including invoices) is retained for as long as required by Estonian accounting law, currently 7 years from the end of the financial year in which the transaction took place.
Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time, and to withdraw consent for the newsletter at any time. To exercise these rights contact us at info@naeamgear.com and we will respond within 30 days.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon) if you believe your data has been processed unlawfully.
